We The People..... Of The United States
"We the sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid more riots, keep our nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the blessings of debt free liberty to ourselves and our great-great-great-grandchildren, hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense guidelines....
We hold these truths to be self evident: that a whole lot of people are so confused by the Bill of Rights that they require a Bill of NON-Rights."
ARTICLE I: You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV, or any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.
ARTICLE II: You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone -- not just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc.; but the world is full of idiots, and probably always will be.
ARTICLE III: You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful, do not expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy.
ARTICLE IV: You do not have the right to free food and housing. Americans are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who achieve nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes.
ARTICLE V: You do not have the right to free health care. That would be nice, but from the looks of public housing, we're just not interested in public health care.
ARTICLE VI: You do not have the right to physically harm other people. If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don't be surprised if the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric chair.
ARTICLE VII: You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob, cheat, or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don't be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place where you still won't have the right to a big screen color TV or a life of leisure.
ARTICLE VIII: You do not have the right to a job. All of us sure want you to have a job, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful.
ARTICLE IX: You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that you have the right to PURSUE happiness, which by the way, is a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an over abundance of idiotic laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of Rights.
ARTICLE X: This is an English speaking country. We don't care where you are from, English is our language. Learn it or go back to wherever you came from! (lastly....) NOW..
ARTICLE XI: You do not have the right to change our country's history or heritage. This country was founded on the belief in one true God. And yet, you are given the freedom to believe in any religion, any faith, or no faith at all; with no fear of persecution. The phrase IN GOD WE TRUST is part of our heritage and history, and if you are uncomfortable with it, TOUGH!!!!
If you agree, share this with a friend. No, you don't have to, and nothing tragic will befall you if you don't. I just think it's about time common sense is allowed to flourish. Sensible people of the United States speak out because if you do not, who will?

A Declaration of Restoration
By James Madison - July 4th 2009 (used by permission)
When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for a people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with a governing body they have created, which has turned tyrannical and detrimental to the peace and safety, and the very existence of the nation of the People who established the governing body, and to return to a previously established form of self governing under the Laws of Nature and Natures God as entitled therein, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to alter and or abolish the destructive form of government.
From the inception of this nation, We the People have held the self-evident truth of the creation of the universe, this world, and the Peoples upon it. It has been our unwavering belief that our Creator has endowed all People with certain unalienable rights, including, but not limited to, life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. Our forefathers attempted to establish this fact and create a governing body to ensure these rights in this nation.
However, as time progressed we became neglectful in overseeing this governing body, and it has abused and extended powers to itself never intended. Our governing body has now taken upon itself the position of rulers rather than servants, and is usurping authority beyond control. We now deem this political body to be tyrannical at every level and completely devoid of control or correction. This fact is evidenced by the following documented proof;
Whereas, known and recorded in history and beyond denial, the governing body, now a corporation known as the United States Government, has deceived the People of this nation in ways that can only be described as treasonous. Bribery, lies and deceit have become the norm. Politicians take offices for the purpose of fulfilling self-interests of money and power rather than servitude.
Whereas, our voices are not able to be heard in the voting process as the governing body has elected for themselves to use controllable electronic voting systems which disallow the voters to know with any certainty of the correct count of their votes.
Whereas, the governing body has caused to be placed as candidate for President, a man not qualified under the clearly set forth Constitutional guidelines for that Office, and has, through major media manipulation and voting count manipulation of the electronic voting machines, caused this person to appear to have been elected for the Office of President of the United States of America, thereby usurping the Office for their own personal gain and control of the nation.
Whereas, the governing body has defrauded the People of their labor and property in so many ways that it is impossible to define all these schemes in less than a written volume containing a minimum of millions of pages.
However, the following list describes a few of the major treacherous actions taken against the People and this nation;
1. The creation of the Federal Reserve Bank and the granting of power to it to control the monetary system thereby allowing a foreign banking cartel to manipulate commerce, trade, and general business in any and every way they deem profitable to themselves, and to the detriment of the People.
2. The creation of the Internal Revenue Service which is used to defraud the People through unconstitutional taxation, forcibly imposed on them at gunpoint, stripping the People of monetary and physical property at will without proper trial in accordance with the laws set forth in the Constitution.
3. The creation of laws, legislations, judgments, powers, and unauthorized Constitutional amendments designed to benefit the governing body, without consent of the People, in direct violation of the Constitution and the principles set forth within it.
4. The concealment of financial records reflecting the true status of the budgets of the many divisions of the government. Specifically, the People are shown a “Budget Report” reflecting expenditures and revenues derived from taxation, but information about other income sources and investments is not divulged. This to deceive the People into believing there is a financial shortage so greater taxation can be imposed, while the unknown funds are confiscated.
5. The enactment of laws to favor corporations that bribe the governing body which enforces known health and environmental safety violations for the purpose of creating profit for the corporation without regard for the People, causing illness and even death, and grave harm to the planet.
6. The creation of debt of such magnitude as to cause this nation to be driven to insolvency, bankruptcy, and the complete destruction of the monetary system.
7. The creation and enactment of laws designed to restrict and or eliminate rights of the People as endowed by the Creator, thereby forcing the People into slavery to pay for their greed.
8. The engagement of wars in various places and the unconstitutional declaration of those wars, which serve no purpose other than a means to deprive the People of more and more property and rights.
Any one of these despicable acts are treason against this nation and its People to anyone who has sworn an oath to hold an office of servitude and uphold the rights of the People and the Law of the Land as established in the Constitution of the United States of America as originally written.
Whereas, in consideration of these facts as well as the many more innumerable instances of deploying despotism and tyranny upon the People of this nation, We The People do hereby declare the governing body, known as the Government of the United States, dissolved and disbanded and removed from any authoritative power whatsoever, and withdraw all authority previously granted to it.
Be it known from this moment forward, that any action the corporation, known as the Government of the United States, takes or does is not authorized by the People of America, and any actions taken by said corporation are taken without consent or support of the People. All members of the corporation, at every level of government and in every division, section, or subdivision, whether at the Federal level or State level, are responsible for their own actions and words and agreements. Any loans made and based on the good faith and promises of the People of America to repay are null and void. We promise nothing to anyone, anywhere, at any time.
We promise only to each other, to stand against the tyranny and despotism of the previous governing body, and to do all that is within our power and ability to do to bring this corrupt force under control and eliminate it.
We the People of America do hereby declare our restoration to self-governance, under the laws as set forth by the Creator and natures’ law, and deny any responsibility for any actions taken by any organization claiming to speak for us or act on our behalf.
We are a free People. Any property we acquire through our labor we claim as our own and give no authority to anyone or any organization to take any portion of our property for any reason unless we freely give it.
We do not support or condone the actions or promises of any other person, or organization. We stand by our word and our word only.
Be it known that we make this declaration in peace. However, any attempt at forcing any other so called law(s) upon us will be met with whatever force is required to keep our peace and prosperity.
And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the Creator of all that is, we hereby pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

Letter to Congress
I am a Glenn Beck “Insider” for his radio show. I listen to it as often as I can, including the archives. Today, as I was going through my email and “throwing out” old stuff before archiving emails I want to keep, I came across the newsletter (dated June 17) I get every day that included the link to this. It’s a letter that another of his insiders sent to him in an email. The author posted the letter on the internet and ended up with more than 100,000 hits in less than a week. Glenn interviewed the author on his TV show a few days later. This is awesome reading. It speaks of everything that millions of people, including myself, have been feeling for a very long time.
Here is what she wrote:
I'm a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you're willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please stand up now. You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would horribly feel so disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut job am I? Will you please tell me?
Well, these are briefly my views and issues for which I seek representation:
One: Illegal immigration: I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I'm not a racist. This isn't to be confused with legal immigration.
Two, the TARP bill: I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you no, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze it! Repeal it!
Three: Czars: I want the circumvention of our checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it.
Four: Cap and Trade: The debate on global warming is not over. There is more to say.
Five: Universal healthcare. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night and then go on break! Slow down!
Six: Growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real obligations. Why don't you start there!?
Seven: ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes. Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census over with our taxpayer money. I don't trust them with our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck … HELLOO!! Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate!!
Eight: Redistribution of wealth. No! No! No! I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do you want me to hate my employers? Why what do you have against shareholders making a profit?
Nine: Charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.
Ten: Corporate bailouts. Knock it off! Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we'll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. Have you ever ripped off a Band Aid? We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.
Eleven: Transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please try please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends! It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.
Twelve: Unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now.
Take a breath. Listen to the people. Let's just slow down and get some input from some nonpoliticians on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I am a parent and a grandparent. I work. I'm busy. I'm busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.
I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not. It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it, but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children? We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is such urgency and recklessness in all of the recent spending.
From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on you to bring our concerns to Washington. Our president often knows all the right buzzword is unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don't want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we're morons.
We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented. You think we're so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work , pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone and we are now looking up at you. You have awakened us, the patriotic spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. They will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office. We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and a grassroots campaign will flourish. We didn't ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. You will represent us or you will be replaced with someone who will. There are candidates among us when he will rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that you have made of our constitution.
Democrat, Republican, independent, libertarian. Understand this. We don't care. Political parties are meaningless to us. Patriotic Americans are willing to do right by us and our Constitution and that is all that matters to us now. We are going to fire all of you who abuse power and seek more. It is not your power. It is ours and we want it back. We entrusted you with it and you abused it. You are dishonorable. You are dishonest. As Americans we are ashamed of you. You have brought shame to us. If you are not representing the wants and needs of your constituency loudly and consistently, in spite of the objections of your party, you will be fired. Did you hear? We no longer care about your political parties. You need to be loyal to us, not to them. Because we will get you fired and they will not save you. If you do or can represent me, my issues, my views, please stand up. Make your identity known. You need to make some noise about it. Speak up. I need to know who you are. If you do not speak up, you will be herded out with the rest of the sheep and we will replace the whole damn congress if need be one by one. We are coming. Are we coming for you? Who do you represent? What do you represent? Listen, because we are coming! We the people are coming!

The Back-Door Agenda of the FCC - If Mark Lloyd has his way
The White House is diabolically trying to destroy those of us who are speaking out against their agenda. It’s not about the Fairness Doctrine. Obama has hired Mark Lloyd to be the Chief Diversity ‘Czar’ at the FCC. This is what Lloyd had to say about free speech and public radio and what he wants to do to shut down private radio and stifle those who disagree with the agenda of the White House:
On the First Amendment:
Prologue to a Farce – Mark Lloyd – Senior Fellow at Center for American Progress
“It should be clear by now that my focus here is not freedom of speech or the press … This freedom is all too often an exaggeration … At the very least, blind references to freedom of speech or the press serve as a distraction from the critical examination of other communications policies.”
According to the diversity czar, he’s proposing that private radio companies pay 100% of their operating budget yearly. That tax will be sent to the state-run NPR. If they don’t pay it, they lose their license and it will be sold to a minority group. Basically, he’s calling for private radio stations to fund NPR (state-run).
In addition, he also states “In our report, we call for ownership of rules that we think will create greater local diversity of programming, news and commentary. And we call for more localism by putting more teeth into the licensing rules. But we do not call for a return of the fairness doctrine.”
At best (or worst), this is the back door approach to the fairness doctrine. How does this represent our First Amendment? Where is the mainstream media on this?
